When starting a new venture, capital is always required and usually a lot more than is initially estimated. Whether you are going into production or setting up a service you are going to need capital.
“Ian was right on top of the case for us and helped enormously in getting some funding for a project.”

Reydoog Consultancy Services has years of experience in helping companies of all sizes to access funding. We have a structured approach:
- Estimate costs. We work with the company to estimate out how much will be needed. How much will marketing cost? Will you need to file a patent? Do you need tooling and are there minimum batches of parts that need to be ordered? Is any software needed? How much will the website cost to develop? Will you need office space etc.
- Develop a financial forecast. Using the data above we produce a detailed cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet forecast for the company. It will show how much finance is needed and when. We can also perform a sensitivity analysis and work out sales volumes required to break even.
- Identify funding sources. We will work with you to identify the most appropriate sources of funding for your business. Depending on the stage of your business grant, angel or bank funding may be most appropriate and some options will not be available. Corporate venturing (i.e. partnering with a large firm) is also a possibility. We keep abreast of opportunities and grants as they come up so that you do not miss an opportunity.
- Obtain Funding. Reydoog Consultancy Services is very well networked with business angels and bank managers, and has helped scores of companies to apply for government grants. We will help you to identify the most appropriate source of funding for your business, and then help you to approach the relevant funders. If required we can sit in the meetings with the funders to help fight your cause.
Reydoog Consultancy Services has helped clients to raise millions in grant, angel, VC, family office and bank funding and has helped countless companies to get their ventures off the ground. For more information please contact us.
“Ian has advised us as a start-up company, helping to develop our business plan and, in particular, the financial forecasts, paying great attention to detail. Without this assistance, we could not have sought investors to move our business forward. He has considerable experience and knowledge of the needs of small businesses. He is very patient and always willing to help.”
